WHAT A RIP! My sister just called after receiving my "Starbucks Gift". She received them in a friggin plain brown paper bag, stapled shut, that had these K-Cups just thrown into the bag! No freshness date, no way to know if it's from last Christmas, from the Mayans, from when? I chose them because their picture that was posted only showed three varieties, which were the ones I wanted (the others had poor ratings as weak blends); I had no idea it was...like...6 different ones, including the 'weak' variety, the Breakfast Blend! Bull...cheap a__ way to do business!!HOURS LATER: SO, as one complainant noted on Wholesale Coffee's Amazon sales site, he got a "flip" comment back from the company vs. a reasonable consumer response. Here's what I got today:"there is nothing like this. It is a hand picked sampler. I have never had people complain about more variety. We do a lot of varieties so it might have gotten confused with 15 and 18 ct Starbucks. You have already complained and put something about mayans. Don't really get all that but whatever. What is going to work for you? If you want to return it then I can do that. Not a big deal. Whatever works for you."You decide, I think the owner's trying to be reasonable (he wrote a 2nd email today and said he'd refund my full amt.) but his consumer "is always right" sense seems lacking?
