I have been buying special green coffee, roasting and grinding my own for years. This is excellent coffee and I will probably purchase more, even though I like to experiment with new coffees from time to time.

I recently started roasting my own coffee beans using a popcorn popper (West Bend 82416 Air Crazy 4 Quart Corn Popper from target ($10 cheaper than amazon). This is the first coffee i have roasted, so I can't compare it to other coffee beans (yet). Many friends and family members have sampled this coffee and everyone like it; some have said this is the best coffee they have tasted (way better than starbucks). The flavor is well balanced, not too acidic/bitter.Since I haven't tried the real Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, I can't comment on how similar this is to the real thing.Will buy again once I have tried few other coffee beans.Update: 9/30/2012After trying various other coffees: Green Unroasted Panama Boquete, Whole Bean Coffee, 5-Pound Bag, Magnum Jamaican Blue Mountain Blend Coffee, Ground, 1 Lb Bag, and some others from Whole Foods, this is still my favorite coffee bean.
