I've been drinking this coffee for years...great taste at a reasonable price. It has reduced caffeine but still a great smooth taste similar to the regular beans. (I tried the regular decaf but do not like the decaf taste). This bean (50% reduced caffeine) is harder to find at local stores so I decided to try ordering on line. Amazon has a great price so I ordered with the auto-ship option every three months. The initial order was fine, the 2nd order came as scheduled but the 3rd scheduled delivery was completely missed. I'm trying to find a number to call to correct this but it's like "finding a needle in a haystack"! The good thing is that the credit card was not billed for the 3rd shipment...I'm sure this can be corrected and I'm willing to put up with the initial hassle to get this coffee at this price...overall I still highly recommend this coffee...hopefully the auto-ship issue will be resolved.

This is a VERY good tasting coffee. It allows folks who have an issue with a full dose of caffine and those who do not like "decaf". Biggest issue is that it is no longer available from the stores, as shown on the webiste, i.e.; Wegmans, Tops, etc. We have to purchase it online.
