Wow. We were treated to a sample of this while visiting NM this summer. One tiny sample cup each, and we purchased a can to bring home with us. A little sad that it is so difficult to find in stores in our area, and shipping from most sites is almost as much as the coffee itself.The taste is rich and extremely smooth. No bitterness. No acidity afterward. This coffee is phenomenal! If we don't manage to find it nearby, you can be sure that we'll order some sooner, rather than later.

If you are looking for a great tasting, not bitter coffee, this is IT. It is a million times better than any of the big chain coffes including starbucks. LOVE this coffee, you will not be dissapointed. Can be hard to find as I assume it is a regional item but well worth the money!

My friend received this coffee as a gift from someone else and passed it along to me because she only had a Keurig machine. She made a mistake! This is the best coffee I have had in a long time. It completely blows Starbucks away. There is NO bitterness or bad aftertaste...it's creamy, rich, incredibly smooth, and melts in your mouth like good chocolate. Try it and you won't regret it! It's definitely worth buying a coffee maker just to try this coffee. In fact, I may have to take pity on my friend and hook her up with a coffee maker and some of this coffee, so she can finally try it and enjoy it.
