A Dogged shopper
I used to use 8 o'clock coffee, both regular and dark, in my standard drip pot. I also have a Keurig but haven't found a coffee k cup I liked (my wife uses it mostly, with half-caff), then I found the 8 o'clock in a k-cup and it's great. Maybe not as fine as the drip pot, because you can adjust the strength, but still well worthy and I've reordered. I'd like to try the dark version but amazon wants too much more than the standard so forget it.

I've tried a number of K-Cup varieties and flavors; Donut House, Starbucks, Newman's Own, Emeril, Caribou... they all pale in comparison to the Eight O'Clock Original. This is my absolute favorite flavor. It's rich, it's medium-roast, and it doesn't taste "off" or watered-down like some of the other K-Cups I've used in the past.I'm someone who likes to use a french press or Aero Press when he has the spare time, so for me to take the time out of my day to post a review for K-Cups is saying something.That said, Amazon is currently (at the time of this writing) charging almost $1 per cup - $23.95 for a 24-pack! You can easily get this K-Cup pack for about $0.50 per cup at other retailers. I will gladly sign up for Amazon's auto-delivery once the price drops.

Product great, but pricing outrageous for K-Cups. With my member discount, I was able to buy the product and same sized packaging for $11.52 from Keurig - about half the price sold for by Amazon.
